Some of this information is not included in the ÒMacX25 AdministratorÕs Guide.Ó You may want to print this Read Me document and keep it with the ÒMacX25 AdministratorÕs Guide.Ó The version of MacX25 you have just received is version 1.2, an upgrade that corrects certain bugs in MacX25 1.1. References throughout the documentation continue to be to MacX25. The "MacX25 User 1.2 patch" and "MacX25 Server 1.2 patch" updaters are simple, one-button utilities that you can use to update your current MacX25 software to version 1.2. To use the updater, first quit any other applications and turn off any virus detection programs. Before installing MacX25 Server 1.2, you should turn off your MacX25 Server. Follow these instructions before installing MacX25 Server 1.2. If you have moved some of the files from their original locations, the updater will ask you to indicate their locations before initiating the update. To use the updater, follow these steps: 1. Double-click the "MacX25 User patch" or "MacX25 Server patch" icon to start the updater. 2. Click Patch to start the update process. You see a series of dialog boxes indicating the progress of the update. Please locate the files if prompted. When finished, you see a message indicating that the patch was applied successfully. 3.
